Shame pooled in the pit of his stomach as he thought back to what had happened. How he had laid across the throne, prostrating himself in submission. Nothing more than a scared child kneeling in front of his uncle, hoping for a moment of his time and a crumb of his affection. How could he tell Darius that? It made him sound like a dog going back to its master's grave.
But the guilt was too much, the shame too great to just keep as a secret at the back of his mind like he did with many other things. He had to confess.

Summary
After arriving to Gravity Falls, things go different for Stan. Sure, they fight, and sure, Stan is upset, but after fifteen years of silence and resentment, there's nothing Stan wants more than to get his brother back. There’s nothing he wants more than to help when his brother is so obviously struggling.
If only Stan knew that Bill Cipher wasn't the only demon Ford was dealing with.
