When Yoo Joonghyuk reunites with Kim Dokja in the 73rd Demon Realm, he has several orders of business: make Kim Dokja regret his actions from the tenth scenario, make Kim Dokja address his Fate from the tenth scenario, and make Kim Dokja agree to an imprint so that the likes of the tenth scenario cannot happen again.
Kim Dokja, very objectively and of sound mind, thinks that this is a bit ridiculous. An imprint between them - two alphas that hardly ever see eye to eye on anything outside of the very basics of survival - is unthinkable.
(Of course, this is ignoring the fact that Kim Dokja himself had formed a one-sided imprint on Yoo Joonghyuk a long, long time ago.)

Joonghyuk's head is tilted left and right, really not great for his consciousness which has begun to slip further and further away. Kim Dokja is still musing low and thoughtless like a drone of rain in the background: “Jeez. If he wasn’t such an asshole, even I’d fall for him.”

Joonghyuk’s consciousness is shrinking fast but even then he has the awareness to question why exactly the affection stat is so stupidly high when Kim Dokja drops his face unceremoniously back onto the ground and leaves. Yoo Joonghyuk passes out and misses the entirety of the Absolute Throne’s demolition and Kim Dokja’s troublesome antics.

It takes more than a few moments for Kim Dokja's brain to come back online.
When it does, all of his senses immediately hone in on the man who decided to kiss him for some unholy, glorious reason. Everything about this connection is unbelievably appealing and he wants to dive in for more, even after they break for air.
"What do you think you're doing, Joonghyuk-ah?"
The endearment slips from his lips before he realizes it.
"Answering your question."
Oh, that's smooth.
Way smoother than this bastard has any right being.
It's enough to have the corners of Kim Dokja's lips curl up in a smirk before he drags Yoo Joonghyuk back down to meet his lips again.
Is it the smartest thing to do? No.
But does Kim Dokja care about that? Also no.
Besides, it's not like he has anything better to do at the moment.
And maybe, just maybe, he's been thinking about doing this for a long time now.
Kim Dokja heads over to Yoo Sangah's place to work on a project and ends up involved with her roommate Yoo Joonghyuk instead.
