Summary
During a villain attack, Deku is hit with the mysterious gas-type Quirk, which makes the affected incredibly ill with a wasting sickness, depending on how in love they are with someone. The only known cure is for him to fall out of love with the object of his affection.
Eager to have his friend and hero partner back, Katsuki wants to help him heal, having no idea that he's the one Izuku loves. The heroes must work to track down the group of villains behind the attack and to determine their motivations while Deku's in the hospital.
Through his attempts to help Deku with his plight, Katsuki comes to realize his own feelings and he's desperate to have at least one moment with Deku before it's too late, and hopefully, the heroes will discover an alternate cure, so the two of them can be together.

Summary
