Menelaus manages to save Patroclus from Hector, and brings him back to Achilles alive.

FANTASTIC fic
Genuinely did not think I would like it because I do not like football. However, you can tell the author loves football and the passion behind the writing and the way its displayed turns me into a middle aged white man in front of the TV on game day.
This is well written and filled with such depth. There are so many things going on in the best way possible. Patroclus is quite literally me here. Ugh. Just. Its good. I promise it is great. I was addicted to reading this and sped through it very fast. -

There is only one other person Patroclus knows who can play the harp. Unfortunately, said person is Achilles—the star swimmer of the university and beyond, who has a publicly unknown talent on the harp, and a largely unknown history with Patroclus.
