No one believes his Internship is real and frankly, he just doesn't want to deal with it, but between May and Mr. Stark, he doesn't really think he's going to get much of a choice.

    Well, no. That’s not quite true. He knows how he got here—in the middle of a packed dance floor with James’ hands wandering dangerously and his mouth on a mission to mark the living hell out of Regulus’ throat.

    This isn’t the first time they’ve gone clubbing with Evan and Barty. Sometimes Sirius and Remus tag along. Other times, it’s Pandora and Lily, or Dorcas and Marlene. When they can manage it, all of them wind up on the floor with their heads thrown back and liquor in their blood.

    It’s good to let loose every once in a while. The world is too messy, too serious, and between stuffy office jobs and bills that need paying, the tension in their very bones pulls taut as a string.

    At least until it can finally snap.
