Yuusuke's body is changing, because of the melding of the belt into his body. It's not just a suit he wears but actually literally him, now, the same as his heart or lungs, his arms and legs and smile.
When Ichijou-san holds him, hands on his waist, he sometimes seems to be looking for it, the belt, like he should be able to tell that it's there even when it clearly isn't.

Summary
"In a coincidence that Natsume, in retrospect, should have recognized, it began when Tanuma was called regarding the death of one of his cousins and his wife."
Spurred by sympathy caused by her similarities to Natsume, Tanuma and Natsume end up fostering Tanuma's orphaned cousin for a month, in hopes of adopting her.
But there's no proof for sure that she shares Natsume's vision, and she seems dead set on ignoring him.
