He's accepted that he can't trust himself, and he's accepted that he's never going to get back what he had before, and he can accept that there's nothing for him and Robby to say to each other, now, too. He can do that.

The one who listens, who steadies him when he stumbles, who patches him up with those metal fingers like it doesn’t sting her every time he says Gamora like a prayer he’s still waiting to be answered.
