Summary
For the past year, Takahiro has watched as body after body had begun dropping around the streets of Tokyo. According to the news there was no connection to each individual, no rhyme or reason as to why they had been chosen. The only thing they all had in common was that they all had been murdered over night and they all had been torn apart. Within the past three months though, the killings had moved closer, and Takahiro, to his own horror, began noticing a new pattern. He started recognizing faces, people he’d had friendly conversations with in a coffee shop, people he’d gone on one to two dates with, people he’d gone home with. Suddenly these bodies weren’t strangers anymore. Each new person had somehow been tied to his life. The serial killer was circling him. He could feel them inching closer and closer with each new victim, until one night it all comes to a head in an alley in the middle of the night.
