    Summary

"Because," Jason laughed, pulling the car out of the parking lot. "A friend messaged me asking if I wanted to join up for a job with my old team, and I think it would be fun to introduce you guys."

"You have friends?" Slipped out instinctively, more curious than insulting, but Damian still pressed his lips together in amusement at Jason's dramatic gasp, quickly turning to look out the window and avoid his older brother's fury.

"Ok, first of all," Jason shot back loudly, holding up a finger in his direction. "The only friends you've ever had have been my subordinates that I'd ordered to take care of you, second-,"

"Hit a nerve there, didn't I?" Damian turned to input gleefully.

    "-SECOND," Jason yelled over him.

The Outlaws collectively adopt Jason's new assassin brother, much to Dick and Bruce's eventual horror.

    Summary

Through the carnage came a figure cloaked in shadow, she appeared to move through the bodies rather than step on top of them. Even standing somewhere around seven or eight feet tall, she was far too humanoid to be a foe, they had long since abandoned their ruse of playing at humanity. She wore a cloak that appeared to dissipate and knit together like threads of smoke, the gossamer threads like the grey of a new dawn. Under the hood, he could only just make out her eyes, a clouded sky blue, pupils, and her gaze unending.

She stopped before him, their eyes meeting through his tears. There was no empathy in her gaze, only his own agony reflected back at him, though her hand was light as a soft breeze as she tipped his chin up.

“Please,” Dick said, even though he didn’t know what he was asking for: release, mercy, death.

    “You long to go back.”

    “Yes.”

    “For a different outcome.”

Dick nearly choked on the word, “yes.”

“I can make it so. I can give you the gift of foresight, but I warn you, it comes at great sacrifice as it does for anyone else who it is bestowed upon.”

Dick Grayson may not be able to change everything, but my god, is he going to try.

    Summary

Dick has always been the responsible one—the one who holds the line, keeps his cool, and plays by the rules. But after a long night of venting to Jason Todd about how he envies Red Hood's freedom to unleash hell, Dick comes home to find a custom-made Red Hood suit waiting for him. The note? Classic Jason: "Go nuts, Dickhead."

He knows it’s a bad idea. He knows he shouldn’t.

But Jason’s out of town. The city’s still a mess. And maybe—just this once—it’s time he stopped playing nice.

    Summary

A series following Steve Harrington as he unknowingly, unwillingly, loops time to save the ones he loves (and maybe realises that he can ask for help, is deserving of love, before, after, and during).

The One in Which a Time Loop is Fucking Exhausting. [COMPLETE, CAN BE READ AS A STANDALONE]
When anything and everything goes wrong in 1986, Steve realises that he can fix things, and maybe falls in love, along the way.

Steve Harrington's Deaths (And The Times He Maybe Saved The World). [COMPLETE]
After the events of '86, after everything has settled down, and everything is calm, people start to remember. The pieces start to slot together, and nobody likes the picture it creates.

There’s Something In The Woods, And We’re No Longer Children. [COMPLETE]
Steve Harrington is equal parts elusive and unobtainable, and all Eddie Munson wants to know is what's making those sounds in the woods.

    Summary

The ground shook and split as ash rained from the sky. It was over. Vecna had won. The slippery bastard had beaten them at their own game.

And then Steve was somehow back in his bedroom. No explanation, no warning. He had no idea how he ended up back in ‘83, but by god he had three years to try and change the tide and he wasn’t going to waste them. And hell, maybe he'll get to that whole 'thrown back in time' thing eventually.

This is a fair warning to anyone who wants to read. I haven’t actually watched the first two seasons in years and never put myself through three and four. To save myself. Love Robin and Eddie and Erika but it’s just not the same. So if you see something and say hey wait a minute that’s not how it- shh. Hush. Silence.
Spring prose cleaning 2024 complete, I definitely didn't add like 12k words to the epilogue or something, that would be crazy
