Summary
In which Charlotte tries (and fails) to make breakfast, Gereon proves to be an unexpected whiz in the kitchen, and then there's seduction on a couch.

Summary
When a Kentucky lawyer and a brilliant gardener/chef meet at the local farmers' market, the attraction is instant. He's hopeless at cooking, but she's more than happy to help. As their romance blossoms, they discover that the best recipe for love involves being willing to take a risk on the unexpected and the courage to embrace a new future.
(in other words, I tried my hardest to sound like the back cover of a romance novel 😂)

In which I once again attempt 20 in 20 (although really we're just going for 20 in 30 here).
Thanks to the Dept. of Fanworks for the May prompts!
Fic title taken from Shania Twain's "No One Needs to Know." Chapter titles are the prompts themselves.

Summary
A snippet of an AU in which Josh and Donna are college kids who fell head over heels for each other the second they saw each other in the library. This is their first Christmas together, which involves (in no particular order) reindeer underwear, chocolate-peppermint cookies, and smut.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of you!

Summary
A sequel to the 1998 campaign fic in which Donna wore blue jeans and drove Josh out of his mind, because turn and turn about is fair play.
(also because I have long envisioned writing these two getting it on against a hay bale or something equally ridiculous, and this was a golden opportunity)

Summary
Donna’s going to have to pretend to be his wife. And then she’s going to have to come back to reality.
She can’t do it. She lied to Leo, she’s been lying to everybody, because she can’t pretend like this and make everyone believe it.
Not when the pretense is so terrifyingly close to the truth.

Summary
Josh knew his first trip overseas without Donna was going to be difficult, emotionally speaking.
He didn't really anticipate that being without her for seven days would drive him to pick out a ring and start planning his proposal, but then again, all bets are off when it comes to Donna Moss. He should've realised that a long time ago.
(Also featuring President Santos meddling like nobody's business because what's the point of being the leader of the free world if you can't meddle in your employees' love lives?)

Summary
Josh is driving her crazy.
Not in a good way, either. Today is the day she foolishly (so foolishly) took her middle-aged, grown-ass fiancé Christmas shopping, and there are few things in life she has regretted more. She's thought about it--he's going to have to suffer when they get home. It’ll be pleasurable suffering, but suffering all the same.
All that she has to do is be patient.

Summary
Josh can't stand fundraisers held in a barn. The beer is bad, he hates the music, and there's hay everywhere.
But then he sees Donna in blue jeans for the first time, and all of a sudden, he's okay with all of it.
(a moment of pining on the 1998 campaign trail)

My attempt at the 30 in 30 challenge!
...starting on Day 4. Naturally.
(Also I am fundamentally incapable of doing actual drabbles, but will try to keep this around 1,000 words or so per chapter.)

Summary
She knew the house was haunted when she bought it. The agent told her, off-hand, but the thought never really bothered her.
It was only when the ghosts became all too real, and the half-buried memories of another life far too overwhelming, that she began to doubt the wisdom of her decision.
(A ghost AU in which the force of love and longing is stronger than reality, or distance, or time itself.)

Summary
Three times Josh walks in on Donna doing yoga in the living room, and three wildly disparate reactions.

Summary
Set during and directly after the events of Ways and Means and War Crimes.
Anyone could have predicted that Josh would be insanely jealous of Cliff Calley. Absolutely no one would have predicted that said jealousy would actually lead to him admitting his feelings to Donna. Sometimes, Josh surprises even himself.
(Also Josh has a thing for Donna's feet, but it's not what it sounds like, okay?)

Summary
In which Josh and Donna endeavour to figure out what life looks like now that they're together. Set during the end of Season 7 and continues post-show.

Summary
It takes Donna about two months of sleeping with Josh to figure out he has a sort of praise kink. Figuring out what to do with that knowledge is both fascinating and a little overwhelming.
Set during the Santos administration, and part of the universe of "let there be love."
Series
- Part 2 of can't give you anything but love

Summary
It's Chicago, the 1920s, in a speakeasy. It's jazz and blues and moonshine and late nights, and a love story that wasn't supposed to happen but did anyway.
And, like all good love stories, it starts with a song.

Summary
In which Scott is a brilliant young Scottish painter and Tessa wants her portrait done.
(The corsets, obligatory garret, and flaming love affair you get for free.)

He doesn’t have a chance in hell with her, and he knows it, but it doesn’t matter. Lately, when he closes his eyes at night, all he can see is Tessa Virtue’s pretty face.
(in which Young Chiddy has a hopeless crush on Tessa, and in which things do not go well for him)

Summary
Scott comes down with the Head Cold of Death during their tour in South Korea. Fortunately, Tessa's there to look after him.
It's a business partner thing.
(As the tags say...shameless tooth-rotting fluff, based loosely on recent events.)

Summary
A moment hinted at in Hat Trick, in which Scott and Tessa finally discuss what happens after the Olympics are over.
Unsurprisingly, there's lots of angst. And kissing. There's actually quite a lot of kissing.
(There's also an elevator ride.)
