But even after all the stress, and the pressure to be the very best in their respective fields, they always had each other. That is… as long as no one else was around.

    Katsuki had to admit, growing deaf over the years had made him angry.

    Not knowing what to do with it, he directed his anger towards a certain green haired boy, pushing him away. Izuku got the hint, he left Katsuki alone.

    Now in their final years of highschool, Katsuki notices something... different, about Izuku. Tired eyes, bruised face and failing grades from a once star student. Something wasn't right, and he was set on finding out what. However, Katsuki would have no idea the unexpected situations this decision would lead him to.

    Or alternatively,

    Katsuki's a pining fool for a struggling Izuku, who's subject to an unfair amount of life's difficulties. A life where the motto 'it can't get any worse' doesn't exist.
