This year, he’s taken it upon himself to jump head first into the festivities with a gig as a mall Santa. But one afternoon, his holiday cheer is interrupted when a snake shows up at his Workshop, scaring away all his customers.
Things quickly take a turn toward temptation and seduction when Aziraphale realizes that Crowley has come seeking a Christmas gift that only Aziraphale can fulfill.

After Fell the Marvellous’ theatre debut and the debacle over a certain damning photograph wielded by a bitter demon; Crowley and Aziraphale return to the bookshop. Crowley thinks Aziraphale is suspiciously calm while the demon is spiralling, planning how to save them from the blowback.

It was a moment that encompassed lifetimes of longing, loving, and feuding. An argument over illicit Holy Water. Decades of silence. An air raid, a bag of beloved books, cases of destroyed whisky, a rifle… a photograph. It all culminated in a moment of unbearable, perfect tension. Crowley could smell the reciprocal aura of want in the air. He had sensed it earlier in the car, a bag of books held tightly by an angel with a look of violent adoration that threatened to cut Crowley’s chest open under the weight of his nervous heartbeat.
