Cowboy the pitbull is a rescued wasteland dog turned nursery aide/nanny dog; Cowboy loves her Lady, Jasmine
Daily routine through Cowboy’s eyes:
1. wake up and make the bed
2. get breakfast started and wake up other morning staff at orphanage
3. finish breakfast and serve staff and children
4. baby time: exercise and play (be gentle! Always!)
5. put babies down for nap; love stories, nap with babies
6. find Lady after nap when babies start fussing
7. help Lady with babies while lunch is made
8. help Lady feed babies
9. toddler time: CHASE IN THE YARD!!!! another nap with the kids while Lady does chores wake up and shepherd kids to dinner
10. older kids time: games; Lady’s favorite
11. bed time: bath with Lady to save water, pajamas and teeth brushing, letters, snuggle to sleep -

Summary
It’s been three years since Tesla first granted Nick’s wish. Unfortunately, their (debatably) peaceful life together is about to be uprooted when Tesla’s mentor is freed from his prison. Losing all her memories of Wolfwood isn’t even the biggest hurdle that she will need to overcome. There’s still hope with him, her brothers, and their friends at her back.
(I just think Tesla and Wolfwood should kiss. Adaptation of Trigun characters into the plot of Ah! My Goddess! The Movie.)

Oh, how much can change in four months.
There, bent over Caterina’s bedside, a pair of gold-rimmed spectacles slipping down the bridge of his nose, is Emmrich. He looks up at the sound of the door, those bright hazel eyes reflecting nearby candlelight. Surprise widens his gaze, but in an instant, as recognition takes hold, every feature softens. He smiles for Lucanis and it’s so good to see that Lucanis’ knees grow watery beneath his weight, threatening to give out entirely. He could weep for relief at the sight. That near-need to collapse morphs quickly into something else as Lucanis’ leg muscles twitch, convulsing with a sudden urge to run toward Emmrich, a jerky start and stop motion, a single, stumbling step. His heart leaps and Lucanis suddenly can’t breathe.
