Summary

"The STEM feeds off of the people inside it. It needs them to maintain balance. The Core is the best at providing this, keeping everything in check. Death inside STEM, especially on the amount we have seen..." Hoffman pauses.
"Go on."
"It would be like slowly removing physical properties from our world, which explains the fragmentation. The less important properties go first, but eventually gravity and magnetism, things we rely on in everyday life, begin to unravel. Luckily, the Core acts as a fail-safe. I think that Lily is trying to help compensate for the difficulty you're facing, Sebastian, but subconsciously. That's why, well, you know."
Sebastian looks at Stefano and takes a sip of coffee to clear his head. The artist has an eyebrow raised.
"That explanation is quite..." Stefano grins deviously. "...obscure."
Sebastian spits out the coffee. In the midst of trying not to choke he is vulnerable and the artist steals the mug from him and finishes the liquid off himself.

Summary

What happens when a serial killer with an ego too big for the town and a desperate father team up to fight a common enemy together? Maybe they have more in common than they think. In which Stefano is a gay disaster and Sebastian is trying to get his life together one success at a time.

Summary
This series revolves around Joseph and Sebastian's evolving relationship, starting from the end of the first game (and does not take in account the second game, even if some of the works were written/posted post-TEW2, because I'm just that slow, and everyone will have to deal with it).
As they heal and relapse, nurse their wounds and hurt again, what will the two men's relationship morph into, after all they've been through together ?
Little by little, between shared houses and shared beds, something gentle grows from the scars on their minds.(The last part [rated E] of this series was unlisted as of 2020 and as such taken off the series due to the author's growing distaste for it. As debate is ongoing about whether or not it warrants deletion, this warning stays until update.)
