He found the ad on Craigslist. Maybe that should have been a red flag itself. He’d always heard bad things about the site. He’d read the threads on Reddit, seen the compilation videos on YouTube–7 TRUE Scary Craigslist Horror Stories. The listing he saw would have fit right into one of those videos. With a title that simply read apartment for rent, Renjun clicked, hoping to find more details. There were no photos of the apartment, no information on how many bedrooms or bathrooms it was, and not even an address was listed. But the price was too cheap to ignore, even if it turned out to be a joke.

Summary
Renjun is an average hero. Some might even say above-average– he’s got the fan groups to prove it. He spends his days saving the city, fighting crime, and living up to his reputation as an all-around role model for the children.
Donghyuck is not an average villain, to say the least. He is, in fact, a pain in the ass. He’s a pain in Renjun’s ass, specifically, and he’s well aware of it. He spends his days wreaking havoc, causing chaos, and making people’s lives just generally worse. He also steals Renjun’s biscuits on a regular basis.
They’re yin-and-yang. A hero and his nemesis. Two opposite sides. A stable balance.
Until a rogue vigilante threatens to tip that balance. And Renjun learns an interesting lesson: lines can get blurry sometimes.
The world is not all black-and-white. Sometimes it’s a little (morally) gray.

Summary
“Take care, Renjun.” He tells him, his voice is gentle and sweet, then he leans in to press a lingering chaste kiss on Renjun’s lips before he could foresee what’s going to happen, before giving Renjun a time to mentally prepare himself. Renjun is so fucked up. He’s going to be so, so fucked up starting from today. He realizes it when he almost tries to chase after Jaemin’s lips, foolishly and absentmindedly, the way he used to do during his heat. He gulps down the growing lump in his throat as he steals one last glance at those sinful lips before getting out of the car with a hazy mind, bidding Jaemin a hurried goodbye.
Renjun doesn’t remember how he locked himself up in his room. He doesn’t even remember if he bumped into his roommates or not. The only thing he remembers and will continue to remember for a long, long while is the kiss Jaemin just gave him.
Though it should signify an end, it sure feels like a start.
OR,
Renjun needs an alpha during his heat and Jaemin is his only option.
