Summary
Midoriya Izuku was alive before the birth of quirks. Stuck in a testing facility by a sadistic A.I., Glados, he is forced to go through test after test in the Aperture Science chambers forever.
That is, until a rescue operation takes place to infiltrate the building, and now Midoriya must re-enter a society he didn't belong to with changes to his body he never wanted.
Or
Midoriya is a test subject in the years after Portal 2, where he undergoes human experimentation at the hands of Glados.
You don't need to have played/watched Portal to understand this, almost all Portal lore is explained.

Summary
Villains of all kinds were imprisoned at Olympus Penitentiary For Demigods, ranging from small time offenders to terrorists of the world. While Olympus's main goal is to make sure that these individuals are kept safely away from the rest of society, it is also meant to be a place of rehabilitation, where these wayward souls could potentially find some semblance of stability in a world that often discarded them entirely.
Will Solace, a doctor at Olympus, believes that anyone can find rehabilitation with the right treatment. This even includes the seven most dangerous villains the world has ever known, all of who happen to be under his care.
Will plans on doing everything he can to help these villains find themselves, and he thinks he has just the solution: group therapy.

Summary
This year, UA is experimenting with a new Young Villain and Criminal Reformation Program. Instead of twenty hero students, the first year hero class will be a combination of both hero and villain students....The hero students will have one year to find the villains in their midst in order to escape Eraserhead’s expulsion. For the villains, this is their last shot— it’s blending in or it’s prison.
Midoriya Izuku wants nothing more than to be the first quirkless hero. After failing the practical hero exam, he’s shocked when he receives a letter telling him that he has been offered a tentative position in the illustrious Class 1-A.
There’s just one problem: Midoriya has been accepted to Class 1-A as a villain, and he has absolutely no idea why.

Summary
Though this was hardly the first time Izuku had ended up in the wrong bed at the wrong time, it was the first time he’d be forced into the guardianship of Pro Hero Eraserhead because of it.

Basically, Midoriya Inko dies while Izuku is still young, and after a string of bad to worse foster parents he runs away, tragically learning that the streets are even crueler than the homes he was escaping from.
Years later, after barely surviving life as Overhaul's toy and pawn; Midoriya’s already terrible luck takes a swift downward spiral when a new, powerful underworld client starts demanding more of his time. But just when all seems lost, an act of goodwill and a sudden raid on a villain base saves Izuku, and the powers that be decide he knows too much to let him back into the general population.Their solution?
Enroll him into UA High School alongside his best ex-bully, 19 other superpowered teenagers, an inconvenient crush, and a truly horrendous sense of self preservation.
Looks like it’ll be a wild ride from here.
