Alex reached across the bed and grabbed his phone, a sticky-note being pushed to the side of his desk without notice. He opened the groupchat with his friends and his stomach nearly dropped; it was the exact same conversation he’d had in his dream. He looked to the ground and saw the same boot he’d tripped on only a few minutes ago-classic black Doc Martens splattered in dried clay and glaze. A deep seated dread filled Alex’s chest and he texted his friends with shaky hands.

Summary
A man named Cas wakes up in 2003 with no memories, but he's able to piece together a few things:
Supernatural creatures exist, and most of them will hurt innocent civilians if he doesn't stop them; he has abilities that no human hunter should have, but he knows enough about human hunters to keep that to himself, and finally; he keeps running into another hunter named Dean Winchester, who must be as lonely as he is if he's willing to put up with those former facts long enough to help Cas unravel the mystery of who (or what) he really is.
For his part, Dean's still (not) dealing with Sam's departure to Stanford, and figures distracting himself with a bit of mystery and intrigue is as harmless as it gets, right? Right.

Summary
After Port Townsend, Edwin tries to handle not only the fallout from his unrequited love confession, but also the inconvenient longing the Cat King has evoked in him. When Charles kisses him out of the blue, it sends them spiralling down a confusing path of lust and self-discovery.
To make matters worse, their newest case turns out to be more complicated and demanding than they initially thought. Together with Niko and Crystal, they set out to help Will, a ghost who wants them to matchmake for his still living boyfriend, so he can move on to the afterlife.
Their investigation leads them from cutely bespoke bookshops to gay clubs, and as far as the Dreaming, forcing them to confront some truths about themselves and step out of their comfort zone, once and for all.
