    In another life, Jason finishes his training with Ducra and actually takes the time he needs to come to terms with what has happened to him. He comes back to Gotham, not with murderous intent, but with the goal to make sure that no Robin is ever killed again.

    Basically, Jason protects the crap out of the Batkids while Bruce drives himself somewhat insane trying to figure out who the newest Gotham vigilante, Ghost, is.

    Side Note: This is a standalone story, don't get turned off of it because of the series tag! :)

    “Enough!” Damian bristles, anger starting to spark in his mint and cedarwood scent. He turns to Jason, who has started scanning the room for escape routes. “How much longer do you plan on keeping my nephew from me, Todd?”

    The room, which was already quiet, goes so exceedingly silent Dick thinks his ears might pop. Everyone turns towards Jason. Bruce, always thinking ahead, presses the button that will seal off the cave exits.

    Resigned to his fate, Jason blows out a deep sigh. “They didn’t know, Dami.”

    Or, everyone finally finds out about Dick and Jason's secret child.

    "I came to say farewell."

    "What?" Jason froze.

    "We won't see each other again, Red Hood," Damian said, fist clenching around his blade. "You'll finally be getting rid of me as you wanted all along."

    "Now wait just a second—" Jason took a step forward, but the omega pointed his sword in a warning.

    "I will be leaving the League, and I will no longer come to Gotham. I will disappear where no one will find u—me. Not even you," Damian winced at the almost slip. Instantly he could feel a faint movement in his belly, and his green eyes became blurry. Jason scrutinized him.

    "So you're running away again, just like you always have."

    "Silence!" Damian shouted, emotional. "You understand nothing, so do not assume—do not pretend you know what it's like!"

    He shouldn't have come here. Why was he even hoping anything from Jason? The man never cared.
