"…That’s what he’s doing, yeah. It’s justice. Shido ruined his life. Shido took away his mom, took away his childhood, and any chances he had at being a good person, simply because of the DNA he put inside Goro’s veins. This is all justice for Goro. He deserves that justice, no matter what, because it’s not fair how Shido still gets to walk the planet peacefully even after all the suffering Goro was put through during his adolescence. It’s not fair how Shido gets to be successful and have his legion of loyal servants and bodyguards dickride him wherever he goes, like he’s a deity. It’s not fair how that man can smile and laugh at Goro like he is nothing."
Goro Akechi is 13 years old and given his first chance to prove to Masayoshi Shido that he's a worthwhile investment. Unfortunately, he severely underestimated how heavy another person's life truly is on his heart- especially when he's stealing it away from them.
