Summary
On that first day, Foggy realized two things:
One. Matthew Murdock was amazing, funny, lovable, and shy. He knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, his roommate was gonna become the best friend of his life.
And two… he really, really wanted to suck his roommate's dick.
Which probably was not a very platonic thing to think about the man you’ve just met.
Foggy was aware he wasn’t exactly straight. If puberty wasn’t an indicator, the intense desire to ogle beautiful men was also a pretty good clue. He’s never exactly done anything about it, though, is the thing. No matter how badly he wanted to.
So, he covered it all up with a bright smile and polite little nods. Even when the recipient couldn’t see them anyways.-----
A story about Foggy discovering his sexuality, being an idiot, and realizing his best friend might also be in love with him. **FIRST CHAPTER is set in college, and is in past tense (since it happened in the past!) The SECOND CHAPTER is the present, in present tense, and is set post season 3 of Daredevil!!!

Summary
“Are you alright?” His voice is like a silky timbre, melodic, and concerned.
Foggy really must have died and gone to heaven, cause this is an angel if he’s ever seen one.
The man’s hair is brown, cut short but overgrown and clinging to his forehead in waves. It looks like they’re the same age. His face is slim, with a little crook to his nose, and full red lips. He could be a Greek statue. He’s also shirtless, which registers as weird in Foggy’s mind (since it’s ten degrees outside), but he also doesn’t really mind because holy shit this guy is shredded.
Foggy swallows dumbly. He follows those enticing pecs down, marveling at the abs cut beneath silken skin, eyes trailing to wide hips, and…
A sleek, glittering tail emerging from them, curled to the side and ending in a wide fluke.
It’s red. A crimson so deep, it looks like fresh blood.

A Mermaid!Matt AU where Foggy is a human, who just so happens to have frequent run-ins with the only denizen of the Hudson River in New York.

Summary
Dust motes the moonlight pouring across the floors. Father Lantom comes closer, and takes a seat next to the lawyer, letting out a weary sigh. The room is plunged back into a weighted silence.
After a long moment, Father Lantom speaks. “Confession is still open, you know.”
Matt scoffs.
“Pennance is available to anyone who asks,” Paul retorts, shushing whatever smart response the other man had on his tongue. “Even if it’s three in the morning.”
The smell of old paper and myrrh presses against them. If Matt focuses intently, he can almost feel the choir songs humming through the metal of his cross, like a haunting memory.
He clears his throat, shuffling. “...Alright.”
Father Lantom raises his eyebrows in pleasant surprise._____
A late night confession, where Matt talks about how maybe worshipping his gay lover might not be a very catholic thing to do.
