V and Judy finally leave Night City behind and join the nomads. They are still outsiders, though. Both need to truly earn their place, bond with the community, and deal with the burden of V's condition.
My Avocados are a bunch of stereotypes and high school bullies and won't accept V as easily as Panam. Expect some drama and more focus on the characters.

Chewing the inside of her cheek, Lara’s brows furrowed. Sam was right, and she knew it. Lara was grasping at straws now, trying to find any excuse for her to stay. “What if they’re armed?”
Sam’s expression turned serious then, like a cat that had gotten fed up with the laser pointer. She sighed, and for a moment Lara feared that she had said the wrong thing. “Lara,” she began, her tone firm as she clasped one of Lara’s hands in her own. “If you want me to stay, then just say so.”

Natasha grows up with a less-than-ethical training regimen and a scarred over left hip. She resolves herself to never having a soulmate - love, after all, is for children. (And Steve. He deserves one good thing in his life.)
Or, if we're being real, five times these two almost get it right, and one time they finally, finally do.
