Diluc hears about an island off the coast of Stormbearer’s Point. Allegedly, it might have something, to do with the Fatui and the Tsaritsa’s work. In an upswing of grief, the thought of leaving a stone unturned on the path of retribution is unacceptable.
But he knows this is a mission he can’t do alone. So, with a begrudging Kaeya and a small boat, the two of them set off.Maybe the two of them will finally talk for the first time since Diluc's return. Maybe there will be structural issues with the boat. Maybe Diluc has to finally confront the difficult emotions he spent so long running away from.
