I’m used to it.”

    “Mn,” Lan Zhan says, and means, “We’ll fucking see about that.”

    Or: Wei Ying is not allowed to be cold, therefore Lan Zhan must learn to knit.

    Having to walk into a brothel following a suspect is by far not the weirdest thing Zhao Yunlan has had to do as a police officer. The part where he almost gets caught and has to actually hurry and pick up one of the prostitutes is a bit more iffy.

    This turns out to be a lot more helpful than Zhao Yunlan would have expected.
