Summary
After the events of The Phantom Wind, times have been relatively peaceful. Sunset Heights and the surrounding cities have been flourishing. However, Eggman has been quiet, suspiciously so. Nevertheless, Gadget and Zero continue their peaceful lives, enjoying being able to be together, as a couple, without a crazed scientist in their way. However, one day, signals of the Chaos Emeralds are spotted in Soleanna. Gadget and Zero join Sonic and Tails in their investigation there, and their findings grow ever more mysterious. A new antagonist appears, alongside others. Soleanna's history is revisisted, as old foes return and legends become real in front of their very eyes. They must all fight, alongside from familiar allies, to protect the dear city, and above all, to learn exactly why the country is experiencing this event.

Summary
Three months after the fall of the Eggman Empire, the Resistance has been focusing on rebuilding and reconstruction. After a short solo adventure, Gadget now lives in Sunset Heights, working with the Resistance in their HQ in the city. Searches for Infinite were abundant after the war, but stopped after a while. However, recently the searches have been continued. One day, Infinite wakes up in a forest near the city. After his Phantom Ruby Copy, which had been keeping him alive, disappears right in front of him, and Eggman rejects his plea to rejoin him, he now fully realizes that he is alone. But after a chance encounter, his life, along with Gadget’s, goes into directions that no one, even themselves, expects.

Summary

Time. It’s a strange thing, isn’t it? What is it like to exist outside of it? Maybe he should ask Silver someday.
He thought about that an unusual amount now. About what Silver said to him. But a lot of things were out of the ordinary right now, weren’t they? He could see the way Silver watched him from the corner of his eye, hoping he wouldn’t notice. A ninja always notices.
Maybe he’s thinking about the future again. Espio wanted to help him get that off of his mind, but he still wasn’t quite himself. What weight is he bearing alone? Why won’t he let him help?
Espio had come up with a lot of different explanations to Silver’s unusual actions, but the truth would’ve never came to mind.

Summary
Known for the unmatched beauty of its land, skies and seas, as well as the old-fashioned nature of its society, the isolated archipelago kingdom of Soleanna is just days away from its annual Festival of the Sun. While its avian people look forward to a night of national unity in the face of ever-worsening crises, Sonic the Hedgehog, with his best friend Tails in tow, is on his way to see the sights of a nation he’s never seen before.
