Everyone is busy, carrying on with their lives and Buck is stuck here in the loft with the terrifying ghost of his childhood like an omen. Out of the corner of his eye he catches the Crooked Smiled Man now standing in the dark entrance way to his bathroom. He swallows around the taste of blood in his mouth, hands shaking, useless as his list of contacts blur beneath the burn of tears.

Summary
Cassandra Cain hasn't always known what love was. Growing up with David Cain as her father and Shiva as her mother there wasn't much love to go around. Living with the Waynes, she's learned a couple things. But often times she felt like due to her background she was unlovable. But there's a person who will prove her to be wrong.
A story about learning to love yourself, and learning that others love you too.
A story about growth and about bettering yourself.
And a story where the Wayne family comes together to create a bond like no other due to one person.
