YJAM PROMPT: Nightwing goes back in time to December 2010 to secretly save the YJ team during a difficult case in the Yukon that they wouldn't have otherwise made it through. But it looks like he might have a special message for Wally...
There are several Timelines in the course of this story, and Timeline ZERO corresponds exactly to canon. Our story opens in Timeline THREE, however, and so things have been different for a long "time" already, and Dick's already little bit of a different person.
In every Timeline, the mission in the Yukon occurs on December 10, 2010, Team Year Zero, in between the events of Insecurity and Performance. In "CANON," during Timeline Zero, the Yukon mission was a straightforward, uneventful success and was of no real interest, so it "didn't make it into the show."
Timeline One tells a very different story.
The rest of the story in every Timeline occurs during the timeskip BEFORE Season 2 and is completely resolved by the time the invasion happens.
