Summary
Touya Todoroki, once a bright ace student is now a college dropout and an unemployed bum and has been getting weird dreams which are fragmented memories of his previous life. Out of random chance he gets recruited by a gang comprised of societal outcasts and weirdos and finds himself at home despite claiming that he’s “too prestigious for this little group of losers”. One day Touya cosplays his villain persona from his past life and goes viral on social media attracting a lot of fans including his childhood best friend, Keigo Takami. This story involves Touya rekindling his relationship with his brother Shoto, getting closure from his old man, new friendships, possibly a bit of romance.

Isagi isn't only skilled at reading the field—he's always had a knack for reading people too. Kaiser, who's been harassing Isagi and getting in his way since day one; Kaiser, who beyond all doubt could've been nothing more than a simple, arrogant, self-centered asshole; Kaiser, who despite all of that, he can't stop thinking about for some goddamn reason—he can't stop his feelings of hatred, entangling with both awe and curiosity, and he can't stop the chain of events that he set off spiraling out of control, all leading up to a reality darker than anything he ever encountered before: the bitter truth behind the naked emperor.

No one knows who this mysterious Phantom Thief is or why he's doing all this weird petty crime.
