“Anyway, informing you of my condition is only partly the reason I ask you to meet me today," Alhaitham starts calmly but his eyes remain sharp on Cyno. “I’d also like to ask for a favor.”
“A favor?” Cyno repeats. He already has an inkling where this is going with their current topic and, even though he’s in disbelief that this is happening at all, he’s going to make Alhaitham be the one to say it.
Though at the quirk of Alhaitham’s lips, Cyno feels like he has already lost.
“I’d like you to help with my heat in three weeks.” Alhaitham asks, point blank and unabashed.
In which Alhaitham asks Cyno for his help with his heat. It isn’t the first time Cyno helps a friend out in this nature and yet, it gives him pause. Alhaitham would really just like to get this over with.

Summary
For a moment, Kaveh simply stares—eyes trailing up and down Al-Haitham. The scent of mourning flowers weighs down the air—sticking to his throat like a certain kind of ambrosia. His hands are hesitant in their approach—cheeks pink.
“What is it?” Al-Haitham asks, growing warm under the attention.
“Nothing—nothing just—” he exhales shakily. And then, Kaveh’s hand suddenly strokes him from base to tip, and Al-Haitham’s breath hitches. “I can’t believe we’re doing this.”
“We are,” he murmurs, lips quirked.

“Alhaitham's in Bimarstan and you’re here…eating?”
“I’m hungry.”
Cyno stared back at him, flabbergasted. “You’re eating very well,” he noted.
“The food is good,” Alhaitham said, taking another bite of chicken.After an accident at the Akademiya, Alhaitham wakes up to find himself in Kaveh's body, with Kaveh also in Kaveh's body. It causes a lot of confusion and chaos.
