“I’m sorry, did I hear you quite right, my dear?” Azirphale asked, his tone laced with confusion. Crowley had been at the shop for two hours already and had taken to draping himself on Aziraphale’s worn couch in the back for a nap. He’d been awake for an hour and this time was spent with the two of them enveloped in a comfortable silence. That was until Crowley decided to drop that figurative bombshell onto him.
“It's just,” Crowley began, stumbling around his words slightly as he stood up.
“Angel, how much time have we truly had to ourselves, hm?” Crowley inquired in a soft voice.

"My old man first did this for me when I was like, two, he said," Rin says unprompted, the first time Bon touches the brush to his scalp. "Said people were asking him why he was carrying around a little grandpa," he chuckles, but it's faint.
Bon doesn't know what compels him, but when the silence after stretches too long, he asks, "And you've seriously been doing it since? Man, how much money do you think your family spent on hair dye over the years?"
Rin barks out a genuine laugh at that. "Probably way too much! I remember one time when I was a kid, dad came back with what felt like a whole years wortha dye boxes, and first thing I asked was, 'we're not getting anything for Christmas are we?'"
Yukio hasn't been around much, so Rin needs to ask a friend for a little help with his hair.
