When Will wakes, there’s nothing left for him. He’s unable to speak and his body is in pieces. There’s a touch that tells him one thing. Hannibal is there.
Sometimes being with someone weighs heavier than their absence. Sometimes you just want to stay down in the depths, but if Will knows anything for certain, it's that most things end where they start. And that he has no choice but to ball his fists, cuss himself out, follow suit and hold on tight.

After the fall Will and Hannibal end up in an isolated shack in Nova Scotia. Their relationship evolves with every place they move to. They push past pain killers, close proximity, bad dreams, curtainless windows and dead memories. Past is past, they can only keep going.

"You have a mate, Jack," Will states quietly, wincing at the clink of metal, sharp and damning.
No more hiding what he is now: Jack Crawford’s crime bitch. He imagines it would make a good header for Tattlecrime.
👓 Jack takes Will as a comfort omega back when he's still too green to refuse. Hannibal is not a fan of this arrangement. Very loosely takes place before & during the beginning of S1.

He’s in for a surprise when his stomach starts growing and buds appears on his head. Not one to just accept things, he returns to Cornwall to demand an explanation.
When he meets the forest king, Sherlock, again, he has to come to terms with not only what’s happened to him but what kind of magical world he’s been thrust into. Plus, there’s the questions of whether he trusts the antlered man and how he'll survive being apparently pregnant.
Sherlock isn’t much help. That doesn’t mean he isn’t trying to somehow make John understand his feelings, however, even if he’s greatly hampered by being Sherlock.
