Summary
Officially, the incendiary attack on Senator Amidala's apartment is listed as a failed assassination attempt from an unknown provoker. With the Senator safe at the Senate Building, the attack had missed her completely.
Offically, the Senator's children were tragically lost in the blaze, their bodies burnt and blackened, dead before emergency responders could ever get to them, prompting a push for a future investment in improving senate-issued apartments with better security and fire escape routes.
Officially, the cost was great, but not immesurable, and the responsible parties would be found and held responsible to the full extent of the law.
Unoffically, and unreported entirely, a small, ash-covered child had fallen from the sky, hundreds of levels down into Coruscant's beating heart and, stubbornly, refused to die.

Summary
The only thing Jason could really say he liked about his grave is that if he perches on top of it, he can see clear down to the wrought iron gateway that marked the entrance to the cemetery, count the cars in the small parking lot that stretched out beyond.
For as static of a view as it often was, it was at least better than he assumed it would’ve been from the base of the hill where his mother’s grave stood, nothing to watch but the engravings on the surrounding tombs. Spending his eternity there seemed… lonely. Sad.
Not that he had seen a single other ghost in his time there. He’d seen burials happen, just down the hill, and had waited patiently, week after week, for the spirit to rise out of the gravestone to join him.
But so far it seemed that every single other dead person in the whole world had figured out something he hadn’t.

Ponyboy’s hair grows back, just like Johnny said it would.
He barely feels like he blinks, and suddenly the top of his head has gone from bleach blonde to auburn, the ends tickling the back of his neck. It’s just about the length it was before, and he no longer has to fiddle and prod at it every morning to try and coax it into a style that looks any good. Now, it’s once more an easy enough routine, sweeping his hair back into the same style he’d been wearing for nearly a year before they– he’d gone and chopped it all off.
If anything, he thinks, the thought springing into his mind unbidden, he’s just about due for a haircut.

The lights flicker back on just as Isaac's trying to fall asleep. He doesn't get up to turn them off. He breathes out and tries to get comfortable without his blankets getting anywhere near his face.
"Hey, God," he says, tentative, mumbling to his ceiling. "Sorry for blowing up a church today. In all fairness, I guess I almost died. Dude, that's a good enough reason for you, right?"
After killing the Striga, Isaac has a bad day. Couple days. Weeks.
