June pushes through the turnstile, clearly in a rush to get out of the blinding subway lights, when she spots him and her whole body sags in relief.
“Jack snitched on me, hm? You guys know me too well at this point, it’s getting freaky." She pouts up at Bosco and he laughs, delighted. He bounds over to her as he switches the headphones into noise cancelling mode and settles them over her ears to muffle the overwhelming sounds of the city. She links their hands together and places them into her jacket pocket—Charlie’s leather one that dwarfs her and feels like a warm hug.
