Summary
Sephiroth regains his humanity and falls, once again, into being Cloud’s problem.
This time, though, Cloud doesn’t seem all that eager to send him back to the lifestream.
It’s different from before: Sephiroth has a heartbeat and human needs.
Yet he also has something he long since thought he’d lost: human emotions. And as he adjusts to his new life where Cloud apparently doesn’t want to kill him, old feelings and emotions start to emerge, reminding Sephiroth about an old question.

Summary
It’s a widely known fact in the Konoha University that Naruto and Sasuke hate each other. In fact, their relationship is the topic of the hottest of gossips.
As their final art project before graduation, Naruto and Sasuke are assigned to work together, much to their disgust. Unable to talk their way out of it, they have no other option than to comply if they want to graduate on time.

Sephiroth is the only person left who can do that. They’re inextricably linked, the two of them.
The bond between Cloud and Sephiroth is unbreakable.

That leaves Naruto, alone with Sasuke, for one hour. One hour he can get a little flirting in, flush it out of his system, keeping Sasuke occupied while simultaneously having a little fun.
Besides, when Sakura shows up, Sasuke will be so enamoured by her, he’ll forget all about Naruto anyway. He’ll realise he should have invited Sakura to be his date from the beginning, and Naruto, having known this all along, will have not lost a thing, and been able to engage in some fun, yet entirely harmless, flirting with a cute boy on a Friday night before he has to crawl back into his assignment dungeon.
He’s letting off steam. Relieving some stress.
No harm in getting his heart a little wet in the process.
Sakura's crush on Sasuke is beginning to get out of hand, and no one can see it but Naruto. He tries his best to be supportive, always her best friend and wingman, by getting close to Sasuke so he can push them together. His plan kind of backfires when Sasuke becomes interested in someone else instead: him.
