Meryl and Wolfwood make a wonderful couple and Vash is very happy for them. Sure, he’s got feelings for them, but he’s content with the way things are. He’s just grateful to have a roof over his head and friends that care about him. No, really, he is. But when he finds himself trapped inside with them during a sandstorm, it becomes harder and harder to keep his distance. Especially since Meryl and Wolfwood seem intent on getting closer to him.
Over the course of one night, Vash falls further into love and lust with them and might just discover that his feelings aren’t as unrequited as he thought.

This one goes out to all the people on tumblr who kept liking my deranged Merylwood posts (and a special shoutout to my bros Kamui and Alex for cheering me on to actually finish this thing). I know it's been a long-time coming (heh) but it's finally here and I can stop feeling like a fraud!!
The Trigang were all friends in high school and Vash and Wolfwood dated the girls as a cover. There is a whole lot of messiness in their relationships that will eventually get resolved but for now they're just horny and pining. Meryl and Wolfwood meet at a bar and decide on the spot they're gonna fuck. There's not much more than that.

Vash cocks his head. “Do what?”
“That thing you do,” she says. “Where you act like a klutz for others’ benefit.”
Or, Meryl considers how Vash the Stampede can be clumsy one minute and frighteningly agile the next and realizes it’s by design.
