“I guess there’s no harm in letting you measure the dry ingredients. You have to be bright enough to follow a recipe, yeah?” He questioned, and Evbo would dare say he sounded half-serious. Though after a moment, a smile tugged at the corner of his lips, and he gave a quick laugh.
Evbo smiled, feigning mock-hurt. “Of course, I can follow a recipe! I didn’t get us out of PVP civilization by being lucky, did I?”
Raymond took a second, placing the old, slightly bloodied cutting board in the sink and grabbing a new one. The silence was telling.
“I didn’t!” Evbo started in defense.
