That was a wrong thing to say, but probably still better then revealing his immortality.
"you- what?!"
_Or: the Dream smp is ready to kill Dream, but he doesn't want them to discover his immortality. Long story short, he gets thrown into Pandora's vault to rot in there forever.

Thirteen follows Wilson in the direction of the guest bedroom. The room is still as put-together as it was a few years back when she was there last. She stands in the doorway as Wilson digs out a couple of towels from the linen closet by the door and walks in to put them on the bed. “Please, make yourself at home. You caught Greg in a melancholic mood, hence the background music,” he chuckles a little. She smiles at him, appreciative of his attempt to lighten the mood. “But he’s going to behave, I promise. Have you had dinner?”
OR: Thirteen's girlfriend, Amy, has to go back home for a few days and doesn't want Thirteen to be home alone. Wilson and House invite her to stay with them. Cue some more behind-the-scenes-Hilson.

“What, we’re doing hugs now?”
A quick scene set immediately after 5x4 ‘Birthmarks’ (the one with House’s dad’s funeral and House and Wilson “getting back together”). I think that episode is perfect as it is, but I just wanted to give these guys an extra helping of comfort and care! Pure, unadulterated sap for sickos like me who are into that sort of thing.

Summary
A snowstorm traps House, Wilson, and the ducklings in the hospital overnight—just as a nasty stomach virus begins tearing through the team starting with House. What starts with a barfy clinic patient turns into a full-blown vomit apocalypse. Wilson plays medic to the Diagnostics team till he is taken out by the bug too. House plays dramatic, and somewhere between the retching, blankets, and snark, a little bit of affection slips through.
Featuring: sick ducklings and a little Hilson fluff with a side of vomit.
