Summary
Tucked away in the most serene part of Narukami Island is a luminescent woodland called Chinju Forest, where people are few and far between and tanuki only bother you if you bother them. During Scaramouche's first years as the once-notorious "eccentric wanderer," this was one of the few places in which he found solace when he could find it in no one else.
Having stolen the Electro Archon's Gnosis and betrayed the Fatui, Scaramouche has gone into hiding, and while he considers what he wants to do with it—which destiny he wants to fulfill, of a god or a Harbinger—he decides to relive some of the first years of his life and re-explore the land he once called "home." The first stop on this journey is none other than that forest.
Little does he know that he would meet the most beautiful man he had ever seen there.
And little does he know that that man holds the key to his fate.
