Summary
Kaveh wakes with a pounding headache. It’s blinding, and he lets out a soft groan, eyelids fluttering. It takes a few more blinks for him to realize that he actually can’t see, and it’s not because of the headache. Panic swells in him when he registers the scratchy fabric that covers his eyes, and instinctively reaches up to take the blindfold off.
Only… he can’t. His wrists and ankles chafe against coarse rope, and Kaveh realizes he’s completely stuck, helpless, bound and blinded in some unknown place. His legs are propped up weirdly, lifted into the air and tied to some bar or wall or something.
Kaveh wakes up in a very precarious situation.
