When his information and photo is put onto a black market website with a hefty sum for his head, it is Aventurine himself who takes on the task of infiltrating the market with the intent to either raze it to the ground, or turn it into something profitable for the IPC. Truly, the only entertaining element is that it is Veritas Ratio who must follow him through a swarm of hunters waiting to sink their claws deep into his throat.

Childe stumbled over his words. Negotiation wasn't a regular part of these trysts, more often a trading of insults and clashing teeth, blind pawing at clothing and a submission to ill placed desires was all the pretense needed. They weren't friends, after all.
But the way Scaramouche was holding himself tugged at something in Childe. He'd never seen him so seemingly exhausted, even after fighting for hours, even with clothes disheveled and mussed up hair, Scaramouche always held an air of perfection that Childe just assumed was built into his being.
