Gojo glanced at him, his expression unreadable. "Are you tired too?"
"Mm," Megumi replied.
Gojo hummed and moved his arm, draping it over Megumi's shoulders and pulling him closer. Megumi's cheeks turned a little red.
"You're weird," Megumi grumbled, closing his eyes. Gojo snorted.
"You're just a grumpy kid. But that's alright. Did you have a good Christmas, Megumi?"
"... yeah. It was good."
"Good. I'm glad."
He thought briefly about the kids at school—how they’d talk about falling asleep next to their parents on Christmas night, safe and warm and loved.
