Vic could hear the nerves in his voice. As much as he loved it, he didn't want Jaime to be a nervous wreck the whole time. In a way, it felt a little out of character for him. He was never much of a nervous type when it came to things like this.
"Calm down baby... we do this stuff all the time, why're you so nervous?" Vic spoke in a gentler tone than he had been using before, and rather than beating around the bush, Jaime said it straight. "Vic... You're really turning me on right now, and thinking about where this is heading is making me super nervous... or maybe anxious is the better word."
