Man Pussy Syndrome is a syndrome where a healthy male recieves a transformation in their anus. It would start with a simple itching, and then later on would become an intensive feeling of being empty and hungry for /something/. The affected person would have their anus become itchy and sensitive. Their anus would also start secreting self-lubricating liquid or slick, and is antiseptic, meaning the liquid itself would break down any waste that would be inside their anus and their bowels.
The Man Pussy Syndrome would make the affected person extremely sensitive in their anuses, and an itch would form right inside their anus.
