“Dude.” Craig deadpanned, “What the hell are you doing on my doorstep?”
The yellow light from inside the Tucker residence seeped through, revealing the black-haired boy who was slumped over, sitting on the concrete steps by the front door. He held a green, glass bottle with a label on it, and he sloppily lifted it up to his lips and took a large gulp.
There was no reply to Craig’s question, but the wind’s whistling call.
“Okay, I’ll ask again,” Craig stated, rolling his eyes, “What the hell are you doing on my doorstep?” His tone stayed flat, yet there was still a hint of demand to his question.
Stanley Marsh glanced back at the teenage boy hovering in the doorway. “You’ve got a boyfriend,” He slurred drowsily, before lifting the bottle back to his lips, “Need your help.” Craig was quick to notice the tear stains on his cheeks.
