Durin has learnt a lot about "courting" and "romance" from observing humans. He still doesn't really understand much, but according to his observations, he definitely thinks there's something "going on" between Albedo and Wanderer. Durin decides it's up to him to do something about it, and begins his great undertaking of a certain task he's heard of: the art of "match making".
Albedo was speechless for a moment before finally speaking up. “Durin,” he asked nicely, “just how many people did you ask about this?”
Wanderer watched with apprehension as Durin mentally counted on his fingers, distinctly feeling the physical sensation of a rock dropping into his stomach, as Durin’s two hands ran out of fingers and he had to start fresh on his left hand once again.
“You know what? Don’t answer that. Don’t answer that question.” Wanderer snapped.

Ayato is—not dense, not so much by any means. With a darling sister like Ayaka, who grew up overflowing with praises, he did not fall behind. The sharper edges of his eyes emphasize how Ayaka’s eyes are round and bright. Ayaka holds her posture like a crane, elegant and majestic, while Ayato holds his shoulders like a sturdy tree the people of Inazuma can lean on, should they wish to.
Like this, however, Kazuha is unraveling him, letting the line of a kite out. He’s seen Thoma and a few fishermen cast their bait with little to no effort, and Kazuha mimics them with a gentle smile on his face, all while sitting. While Ayato prefers being the one to craft the bait and fish out the detrimental schemes older officials dare attempt from time to time, this time he is the fish, and—well, it’s Kazuha. Ayato does not hold so much power on or against him.
Kites are not Inazuma's specialty. Ayato lets himself get reeled in by Kazuha, anyway.

Belobog is finally making its first real trade agreement with another planet, if only Seele can keep her team on track and out of trouble on this new world called Amphoreus. They've got their work cut out for them, if they're gonna impress the locals and get the agreement signed.
Hopefully it won't be so bad, now that she's made a friend (kidnapped a local) who is willing to be their guide around town! This Khaslana guy looks like he could use some cheering up, anyway. Phainon, meanwhile, has no idea how he got wrapped up in all this.
A story of grieving, recovery, making friends across the universe; and remembering how to be a person, one day at a time.

The story of a certain Eternal Recurrence in which Mydei, the infamous and troubled Kremnoan prince, meets Phainon, an Okheman emissary sent to broker peace talks between the holy city and the warrior prince's detachment.

He turns to Mydei, letting a gentle smile curve on his lips. Mydei’s eyes narrow to slits.
“Hello there,” Phainon greets softly. He crouches down, inching closer. Mydei doesn’t budge, only tenses like a tightly coiled spring. “My name is Phainon. You’re Mydeimos, right?”
Mydei doesn’t respond, lips pressed tightly shut. Phainon’s smile wavers, chest squeezing tight.
“No one’s going to hurt you here,” he murmurs, extending his arm out. Mydei growls. Fear flashes through his eyes for a fleeting second, but it’s enough to have Phainon freezing in place, breath catching in his throat.
(A mishap at the Abyss of Fate leaves Mydei a child whose only memories are of the Sea of Souls.)

“Hey there!” Phainon smiles cheerfully, dropping down onto the bench beside the boy. “What’s your name? I’m Phainon. Let’s be friends!” He sticks his hand out expectantly.
In a perfect world, the boy would eagerly offer his own name, taking Phainon by the hand, and the two of them, best friends for life, would go happily gallivanting off into the sunset to become legendary warriors.
The boy blinks.
“...Lord Irontomb.” He lunges forwards, faster than Phainon can react, and takes the offered hand into his bony grip. “It’s you.”

Ptolemy scoffs, kicking lightly at the dirt. “Guess who has the extraordinary pleasure of being assigned the babysitting duty to the dumbass trio over here?” He rolls his eyes with a sharp sigh. “Not Peucesta, clearly. Lucky bastard.”
“Don’t lump me in with them,” Hephaestion protests. Ridiculous. Everyone knows who instigates the fights just as often as Phainon and Mydei.
“We don’t need babysitting,” Phainon says at the same time, words muffled as Mydei’s hand smashes his head into the ground, resuming their fight now that Ptolemy is distracted. Phainon almost bites down on the dirt by accident.

Sunday is found by the Astral Express Crew after fleeing Penacony. He accepts their offer to join, and realizes that

b. trouble finds the Trailblazers no matter where they go.or, the chronicle of the Astral Express trying, failing, and trying again to fit Sunday into their family.
