Summary
When Clarke joined a military hospital in Libya, she didn't expect Princess Alexandria of Polis rolling into her operating theater on a gurney. After saving the princess' life and spending a few hours of laughter with said princess, she thought that was it.
It is when she returns to Polis that she finds out her relationship with Lexa doesn't just end at former doctor-patient or saving the princess' life. And maybe Clarke is more okay with it than she would think.
