Slamming her hands on the table, March exclaimed “I’ll kick your butt at this game!”
“But if I win, you’ll have consensual sex with me.”
“What!? That's basically assault!”
“It’s not assault if you played that game.”
And of course, she didn’t know better than to take that bet, just to wipe that insufferable look off his face – the exact mistake that got her in this mess in the first place.
In this alternate universe, the laws of physics prevent murder or war, but Aventurine is nothing if not a man who lives and breathes the loopholes in every law.
