Rarely when an unpresented omegas instincts feel as if they are not safe as to present as an omega they will produce false pheromones of an alpha. These rare few are called alpha omega's and will not go into a first heat until such a time they feel completely safe or they find an alpha they trust unconditionally causing said alpha to go into rut.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku is a nervous teenager who thinks he’s quirkless and is constantly bullied and abused at school. Nedzu is a super-intelligent being of unknown species who hates witnessing abuse and will go out of his way to correct it. One day, the two of them swap bodies, giving Nedzu the opportunity to experience the injustice that Midoriya has had to endure his whole life.
As Izuku, Nedzu is able to witness firsthand the constant bullying and abuse and he becomes determined to get justice for the boy. With his superior intellect and resources, Nedzu sets out to uncover the truth about what has been happening to Izuku, and to bring the bullies to justice.
As the week goes on, Nedzu begins to see the world through Izuku's eyes, and he gains a newfound respect for the boy's strength and resilience in the face of adversity. With each passing day, he becomes more determined to fight for Izuku and to make sure that justice is served.

Summary
All Izuku wanted was to become a hero...
But when his quirk - Rogue - finally manifested, all anybody said was that he was going to go villain. A desperate late-night search into underground heroics with few results left Izuku feeling crushed.
Months later, the bullying is worse than ever and Izuku's been arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Thankfully, Tsukauchi Naomasa is there to vouch that his words are the truth. The underground hero on site didn't believe Izuku even after it was confirmed that Izuku was innocent.
Now his parents are dead, and Izuku has been rescued by Aizawa Shouta. He's thrilled to be living with Present Mic and Eraserhead but what happens when the person who killed his parents shows up again? Izuku was never destined to be a hero.

Now that I’m not running for my life, I can look closely at the boy, and I immediately notice the ears on his head, the same color as his hair. The ears are almost camouflaged, But the tail, also the same color, is easier to notice. The boy looks at me, and I see a pair of deep green cat-like eyes.
“Welcome to The Cat’s Den.” The boy smiles, showing sharp teeth. “I’m Midoriya Izuku.”
