Katsuki would have to be brought to a court of law to ever come close to admit it, but after Izuku’s hero license gets renewed for active work, and the data gathering is done, mechanic suit finally broken into, he tells his support crew back at the agency to set out a special alarm code for his wrist watch and let him know whenever Hero Deku steps out on an assigned mission. Repeat the alert in case he misses the first one, too. Send the information through ear-piece if he's still too busy to hear it.

Summary
Disillusioned with his career at the Garrison after yet another promotion takes him out of the field, Shiro retires and buys an old inn online, sight unseen. But there’s a problem: it needs work. There’s also a solution, in the form of Keith: a shy, capable handyman who offers to help Shiro renovate the inn.
Keith is beautiful and competent and takes care of Shiro without even realizing it; in turn, Shiro finds himself coaxing Keith out of his shell. But when was the last time a renovation went according to plan?
