“Cucumber-bro!” Shang Qinghua lunged across the table, grasping Shen Qingqiu’s flawless pale hand between his grubby ones. “You have to help me woo him!”
Shen Qingqiu coughed delicately, raising his fan higher. “What, with your hair looking like that?”
Shang Qinghua, graciously, ignored him. “How did you manage to bend Binghe anyway?” he whined.
“I pet his hair,” Shen Qingqiu intoned, snapping his fan shut and resting his chin on a fist. “I pushed him off a cliff. He asked me to marry him. It was all fairly straightforward. I didn’t even really realize what was happening until we were already married.”
“You’re no use at all,” Shang Qinghua groaned.

But if Binghe was expecting some sort of sympathy from Mobei-jun, he was to be disappointed. Instead, Mobei-jun sighed, almost wistfully—Luo Binghe hadn’t been aware the ice demon could do anything wistfully, as his expression so often seemed frozen in place.
“Junshang is truly lucky—hic—to have his beloved make his intentions so clear,” said Mobei-jun.
Luo Binghe choked on his wine. “Begging pardon?”
Mobei-jun rested his head on his palm, slurring his words only slightly. “Only that such an open display of courtship is hard to come by, these days. This Mobei-jun wishes his own human would make his feelings known in such a way.”

Shouta Aizawa is too goddamn tired to deal with this shit.
One second, he’s on patrol, thinking about his loud, blond husband and warm, inviting bed. The next, he’s dragging a half-feral fourteen-year-old away from a burning convenience store while the kid shouts curses he should be too young to know.
A kid who’s way too thin for his age, and flinches when he’s touched. A kid who won’t take off his stupid fucking mask, even when Shouta asks nicely. A kid who Shouta can’t help but like—just a little bit.
Fuck.
And as for Shouta’s new batch of students, they’re just as chaotic as the street urchin he has started to affectionately call Rabbit—especially the hot-headed Katsuki Bakugo, whose personality is even more explosive than his powerful quirk, and Mikumo Akatani, who Shouta’s husband has taken a liking to (for reasons unbeknownst to him). Keeping the two boys out of trouble is a full-time job in and of itself.
As Shouta pulls at the threads surrounding Rabbit and Mikumo Akatani, he realizes they all center around one thing—something involving a cold case, a group of villains, and a missing kid.
