“Deal’s not a deal till we shake on it, pal.” the boy extended his hand. “The name’s Alastor.”
Vincent looked him up and down warily, but accepted his hand. He gripped it tightly, and gave it a strong tug, just like his father had taught him. “I’m Vincent.” He deepened his voice just a smidge. 'You can always tell a real man apart from a daisy just from his handshake', his father always said.
Alastor gave a slight giggle in response, seemingly amused by the bizarre greeting. Vincent still wasn’t sure if he was laughing at him or if he just laughed at everything. He found he didn’t care that much either way, now that his initial anger had passed. Alastor had a nice laugh.

Vincent blinked owlishly in response, very not-subtly signaling he had no idea what he was supposed to do with that. Alastor's eyes rolled so hard they looked ready to fall out of his head.
"It means- don't zone out again, I swear- that it can be tampered with from outside."
He gave him a pointed look at the end, as if that would magically make him understand whatever the fuck he meant.

A human Alastor attempts a new ritual with a strange glowing slab. It summons Vox, the Broadcast Demon. Recognizing a once in eternity opportunity to reshape fate and claim Alastor’s loyalty, affection, and soul before it ever slips away. He offers a deal. There’s just one problem...Alastor might be more perceptive than Vox would ever expect a human to be. If Vox wants Alastor to be his in Hell, he'll have to find a way to lock the human down before he catches onto Vox's schemes.
TLDR: Human Alastor accidentally summons Hell and then goes to Hell.
